Mike Devoy

With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr Mike Devoy, is the CMO and EVP of MedAffairs & Pharmacovigilance at Bayer, and a member of the Executive Committee of Bayer's Pharma Division. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from UCL, with domain expertise in cardiovascular disease. Dr. Devoy oversees the global medical affairs and pharmacovigilance functions of Bayer's pharmaceutical portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy of their products. He leads the strategic planning and execution of Bayer's medical communication, education, and advocacy initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of their pharmacovigilance systems and processes.
