Overview
This two-week elective course was composed of both didactic and interactive sessions. Subject matter experts from academia and industry provide introductory lectures on a wide variety of topics in the Biodesign, Innovation, and Informatics fields. Interactive workshops allow students to apply course learnings through immersive exercises, simulations, and case studies.
Students were exposed to non-traditional career paths and understand career trajectory from industry and academic leaders. Students learned how to design and develop a viable novel product/ service idea in the context of a challenging and dynamic market, legislative, and regulatory environment.
